By accessing and using FIEL's on-demand cooking service platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

FIEL is a platform that connects users with verified cooking professionals for in-home cooking services. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communications between users and cooking professionals but do not directly provide cooking services.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Update your information as needed
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Respect other users and cooking professionals

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to cooking professional availability
• Booking confirmations are sent via email and app notification
• Special requests should be communicated during booking
• Dietary restrictions and allergies must be disclosed

Payment

• Payment is processed through secure third-party providers
• Prices include service fees and applicable taxes
• Payment is charged upon booking confirmation
• Ingredient costs may be additional as specified

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled service
• Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a 50% charge
• No-shows will be charged the full amount
• Emergency cancellations will be reviewed case-by-case

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm cooking professionals or other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Use the platform to solicit services outside of FIEL
• Share inappropriate content or communications

6. Safety and Security

Background Checks

All cooking professionals undergo comprehensive background checks, but users should exercise reasonable caution and report any concerns immediately.

Home Safety

• Ensure your kitchen is safe and accessible
• Provide necessary cooking equipment and utilities
• Be present during the cooking service
• Report any safety concerns immediately

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Service Disclaimer

FIEL acts as an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by cooking professionals. Users engage cooking professionals at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability

FIEL's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the FIEL platform are owned by FIEL or licensed to us. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
